Some linux distro come with chntpw The tutorial show how its done with Fedora, but many other linux bootable ISO can be used.
sudo mount /dev/sda2 /mnt/Microsoft/ cd /mnt/Microsoft/Windows/System32/config/ sudo chntpw -i SAM
