I write computer programmes. I enjoy tinkering with alternative architectures in my spare time, including PowerPC Macintosh, Sun SPARC, SGI and Imagination MIPS, and other systems. I learned x86 assembler in 2001 and other dialects followed. I don't usually use it in my projects though, because it's very hard to step through it in modern debuggers.
Sometimes I wish I could stop working for a while and use computers solely for enjoyment, but most of the time I enjoy what I do at work as well. At the end of the day, isn't that what it's all about?

Next to a Macintosh or Sun system, surely.
