I started working in the world wide web business for a startup ISP in the early 90's. I am proficient in HTML, javascript, perl, php, SQL (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL databases), LDAP, and the GIMP (open source image editing software). I know enough about java to hack-by and I am pretty decent at bash or windows cmd scripting. I am self taught with no real training and have enjoyed full time employ in the business ever since that "part-time" gig while going to college for something entirely different. (And yes, I am still paying on the loans for that degree I never used.)

I love regular expressions but don't get to use them too often in php. I miss perl's regex efficiency.

Most projects nowadays involve PHP, MySQL, jquery, and jquery-mobile.

When I am not coding something I am probably playing a MMORPG.
