As you wrote an app watching the recording folder and performing the transfer would suffice: There are several apps to sync files and folders. I use FolderSync Pro (the paid version, coming for around 3 bucks). It's very versatile, supporting a lot of protocols including cloud services and own cloud services (not just literally, but including WebDAV, Samba, ...

I'm not aware of any app meeting all your criteria. There are a variety of "secret video" apps that purport to offer discreet recording, such as Secret Video Recorder HD, but you would probably have to try them to see if they are discreet enough for your needs. The most difficult criteria you mention is live upload. Video takes up a lot of bandwidth and ...

VLC can also record from your webcam or other video device (capture card, etc), either command line or via GUI. There is also gtkRecordMyDesktop but I'm not sure if it could keep up with live video and audio and keep it all synched together if you were to bring up a window that simply monitored your webcam and recorded that. As Steve Barnes' answer said, ...

Yes, OBS Studio is your best option here, as it's very customizable. OBS Studio here also. Geogebra is a fantastic free option for the majority of mathmatical things. However, making graphs simply via drawing may prove difficult, and I couldn't find any software that would support this, so you'll probably have to use a simple painting software such as PAINT....

One of many options you may discover is a program called Fraps. The information on the linked web site indicates that audio is recorded. It does not reference specifically recording web conferences, but I suspect there's a strong chance that it will. A free trial download is available, should you consider to check out the program. Ideally, you'd have a ...

CamStudio Portable should be able to do what you want. It is gratis and the version linked is portable as well. I have used it primarily for screen recordings, such as capturing a presentation. Depending on the configuration of the hardware and the webcam, it should do what you need. On occasion, the audio and video may not sync, but it can be adjusted.

To just capture desktop video on Windows I use ShareX. It's free and opensource.

Does it look bad after you upload it to YouTube or does it look bad on your computer already? Does the quality get noticeably worse after you upload it to YouTube? You should probably switch to a software that supports H.264 encoding, which is the recommended format for YouTube. Try capturing and uploading very short videos first, increase the bitrate until ...
