I believe I found a working solution using software called [Mp3tag][1]. It should meet all of your requirements. Here is a list of instructions that I used and that you may be interested in: 1. Download and install Mp3tag. 2. Open your Mp3s in the software, sort them so they match the order of whatever list you have. 3. Select all tracks or the ones you want, right click them and click *"Export"* 4. Select *txt_taglist* in the list, select a location and filename if you want and click OK. 5. Open the .txt file with a program that can do "find and replace", I used Notepad++. 6. Select the ` - ` (That's supposed to be four spaces with a dash between them) that divides the tags with something else like Press Ctrl+H and find and replace all with ``;`` (unless your tags contain that character) so it changes from ``Artist - Album - Title - Track - year - Genre - `` to ``Artist;Album;Title;Track;year;Genre;`` on each row. 7. Save that file as a .csv file 8. Now you got a .csv that you can edit in your preferred spreadsheet software, make the changes you need and save the .csv file. 9. In Mp3tag, select all tracks and make sure they are sorted like before and in the menu bar click "Convert > Text file" - Tag or press "Alt+4". 10. Browse for the .csv file and use the text import as described [here][2]. I used ``%artist%;%album%;%title%;%track%;%year%;%genre%`` as the format string for the .csv file. 11. Use the preview button on the left to make sure that it works and if it looks good hit OK and you are done. [1]: http://www.mp3tag.de [2]: http://help.mp3tag.de/main_converter.html#tff
