What widely-available cross-platform command line program can I use to render a string containing color emoji
I have a program which allows users to create gifs from youtube videos using yt-dlp and ffmpeg. Unfortunately, ffmpeg does not support color emojis.
Here's what it looks like when you try:

So from what I understand Emojis just have to do with the font.
Is there a text message app that either loads the font from a remote server or updates more frequently then the Android OS?

Android keyboard *only* for typing emoji
I'm looking for an Android keyboard whose sole purpose is for typing emoji. So, it doesn't need all those bells and whistles such as predictive typing, or gesture typing, or spellchecking. Just emojis....
