I recently tried using Graphistry but I am looking for something more professional, possibly free, that can have the same functionality.
Cytoscape would have been a good alternative but It doesn't support hypergraphs. What I need is:
- Hypergraphs support;
- Python API;
- 3D visualization (optional)
