Is there a file browser (preferably for debian) with customizabile toolbar(s) to which you can add buttons (with custom icons) with assignable custom actions? Something like QTTabBar for windows file explorer. Attached pictures show a QTTabBar menu for assigning commands/actions to a custom button and how the button looks in the windows file explorer toolbar.
