I need a tool to create a GUI to run on Google Appengine.

I want to create forms that show editable spreadsheet-like data hosted in either Google Sheets or a Google Cloud DB. The forms should also have other fields to select and/or edit data. There would be multiple tabs of spreadsheet data on each form.

I'd like it to be easy (I don't understand React!), preferably python based, preferably free.
