I had an idea to use email signatures to pass around information for hiring and what not; but since the arguments to the link change all the time doing this company-wide would be pretty impractical.
Is there an Outlook Plugin that pulls updated email signatures based on who is logged in; to their Outlook Client (be it Desktop, Web, or Mobile ...or any one of the three, I'm not picky).
Like kinda use a template for the persons name and stuff, but have company mandated other parts of the signature that could be updated and pulled every month.
Does software like this exist? And if so what is it called?
