Please excuse my naiveness. I’m unfamiliar in this realm but not entirely an idiot (atleast I think)

I have a project I’m working on and would like recommendations on what could/should be used to create it.

I have attached a Figma prototype I designed of the work flow of how the form should operate, however don’t know if something as simple as Alchemer, Zoho forms, Salesforce, or gravity forms can create something like this of if I need to get this actually designed in angular, react, etc.

This application is being sent to multiple credit unions via api in step: 12/17

The credit unions generate a decision or offer and send it back to the form on page 13/17 where the offers can be chose from there on the form then continue out the application.

Is there anything you would recommendations or input here? Would be much appreciated.
