I have been using https://simtonet.com/ to activate some accounts for my platforms. It has been working fine because it fill my needs in aspects like:
- The numbers can receive verification codes
- I can keep my numbers (various numbers)
- And I can use their API to manage my numbers with no problem
I'm looking for a similar service
NOTE: https://www.twilio.com/ can't receive verification numbers
