I have some music encoded for viewing on an oscilloscope in X-Y mode. It looks like this. I have the music available as WAV and MP3.

I'm now looking for a visualizer for such music without an oscilloscope on a PC. I can think of a VLC plugin, for example. A standalone program would be fine as well.

It should work on Windows, be gratis and not need an Internet connection (as I have the music offline).
