I'm looking for a gratis portable Windows application that will accept as input a list of URLs and will determine which are available via HTTPS (SSL or TLS).

It's okay if I need to pre-process the list of URLs to just be a list of hosts.

I prefer a GUI, but a CLI tool is fine too.

The output can be in any format, as long as it can be saved.

I prefer the application to be open-source, but closed-source is okay for this.

Why do I want such a tool? I have many HTTP bookmarks in my web browser. Going through them one by one every few months to see which ones now support HTTPS is getting tedious and time consuming. I would like to automate that process as much as possible. I'll still have to verify all of the ones that now support HTTPS, as sometimes sites only partially support HTTPS due to third-party resources relying on HTTP.
