I installed MS Remote Desktop in my Macbook pro and I was accessing a linux system without problems. Suddenly it has stopped working well. I am trying ways to find a solution to this. But to try a different approach:

What are good alternatives to MS Remote Desktop for a mac?

Ideally it has to provide remote desktop access (ergo graphical) to a remote system.

  • Welcome to Software Recommendations! Is sound support (e.g. hearing the music playing from the remote system) essential? Do you need to access the remote drives locally? Is Linux the only remote OS that must be supported? Must the software be gratis – or how much you'd be willing to spend on paid software (and in that case, are subscription fees OK)? – Izzy Mar 14 at 10:54
