Track user actions on every workstation or server

Question

i am looking for an endpoint solution, that sits between AD auditing and user activity monitoring.

I don't know if those exist but what i am looking for is something that gives me a simple list of actions done on every workstation or server, like who logged in (regardless if domain user or local user) and what did they do , like uninstalling a software or deleting some files..etc

User activity monitoring like productivity and video recording..these are not my goal. i just want a list of actions done on a workstation for example.
