I am looking for a review tool where we can classify found defects and generate reports of those defects.
I have tried Upsource and Review Board but they don't have this functionality.

1It should be able to integrate with git and svn at the least. No need for IDE and build system integration. We use various PLs (groovy, vb, c, python). – Spitfire Feb 12 '20 at 10:13
