I am wondering if anyone has used/developed a code verifier for C or C++ that has been used beyond academic research (i.e was it used for actual work and not just as a proof of concept for a paper).

The code verifier need not be complete nor fully functional.

By code verifier I mean a tool that accepts formal pre and post conditions as a declarative design document and attempts to execute C++ code to PROVE whether the post conditions are met.

Something like Alloy but targeting C++ code
