I want to make an existing image feature recognition software into web application. It finds 500< bacteria from ~200mb image and generate a file of pixel coordinates for them. It enables adding and removing found features for false positives and false negatives. Do you guys know javascript tools or any tool for one or all of the following on a web browser.

-Display TIFF image on web browser and enables zoom in zoom out

-Adds circles onto the found features in the TIFF image

-Enables removing / adding the circles by mouse. The size of the circles is decided by drag+drop.

-Collect the pixel coordinates of the circles and send it to the server.

Or do you know any website that does similar thing, so that I can start viewing their source code.. Thanks
