I'm currently working with MS Office 2007 and although this program has the capability to create pdf documents (because it exists such option). The provided security isn't enough to make those pdfs read-only. I'm not referring to password protection. Just to preventing them from being copied.
I had been told that in order to create a pdf with such capabilities I must use an additional program for that. Does it exist a command line software or an open source alternative for doing this?.
I'm not referring to Scribus or Foxit Reader (which it isn't open source and doesn't create read only pdfs).
Can somebody help me here?.
