I recently re-downloaded Tiny C Compiler to make some programs, and decided I would like to make a C program that makes use of graphics. But, after searching the internet, I have found no information on how to render graphics in Windows 7, 8, or 10 without doing it under a layer of emulation.
So, I'm just looking for literally any library or method to render graphics to the screen, even if it's as archaic as directly writing to a video buffer.
Any help would be much appreciated, as I'm stuck.
If this is the wrong Stack Exchange site to ask this question on, I would appreciate it if you pointed me towards the right one; I already posted on Stack Overflow, and it was marked as off-topic.
