Currently I am using Foxit as my pdf reader. I'm open to using a different one if that would help. I will be doing online tutoring, and I would like to be able to draw the student's attention to a certain word or expression. When I move my mouse around, in Foxit, some small, faint cross-hairs move around. I need something much more noticeable to be moving around.

Is there another pdf reader that would give me this? Or is there a free-standing pointer I can download, that can overlay itself on top of the pdf reader?

(I don't necessarily want to scribble on the pdf. I mainly want to be able to point at things as I am explaining them.)

Budget: something reasonable, hopefully on the order of $20 (one time payment, or annually).

Another possibility would be a transparent white board overlaid on top of the pdf viewer.
