Recommendation software / service for display population total, public places total and all routes that can be taken by coordinate until radius 5km

Question

i need some recommendation for software / open API / service to get some data based on coordinate with max radius 5km. The data i need are:

1. Population total based on coordinate until radius 5km.
2. Public places (restaurant, coffee shop, mall and working places) based on coordinate until radius 5km.
3. All possible routes that can be taken from a coordinate until maximum destination 5km.

I have tried ESRI and Google Maps, but still searching for any services that the price more cheaper or maybe some open source API

Is there any recommendations for any services that serve those?
