I was trying to read a QR Code from some encrypted PDFs in a Spring/Java project with the approach:
- Extract pdf to png (with PDFBox)
- Read the QR with Zxing/QrReader
But it seems that PDFBox cannot open an encrypted pdf. What software package can?
Suggestions for other programming languages are welcome too.
