I'm using Eclipse as IDE. I very much appreciate the plugin JVM Monitor http://jvmmonitor.org/. With it, you can easely profile either for a debug or a run configuration. So it's a very powerfull combination to see live the performance gain of your code changes.

But I would really like to make the move to IntelliJ with use of JProfiler.

I have searched a lot, but I couldn't find how. Is it possible to profile during debuging with IntelliJ+JProfiler? I know it's possible to profile a run configuration, but live during debuging is so much better!
