I am trying to implement Multi agent RL using python IDEs. which one would suit for that?

I can't upvote this enough. I have tried many, many, many Python IDEs and nothing comes close to holding a candle to PyCharm. Modern, intuitive, powerful, a joy to work with - and the community edition is free, even for commercial use – Mawg says reinstate Monica Oct 17 '19 at 8:28

What IDE you use is completely independent of the problem you want to solve (exceptions prove the rule).
