I help manage a small 'media team' for a community. We hold our content creators to a schedule of uploading SOME form of our content to their channels every month on either Twitch or YouTube.

Currently, we have to go to each channel individually and see if they have uploaded manually for each person.

Is there a script I could run via the YT API, to scrape for specific data (such as tags to a video) that could export to like a Google sheet every week or something?

  • Welcome to Software Recommendations! We will need much more information to give good recommendations here. Please take a look at What is required for a question to contain "enough information"? Then please edit your question and see if you can incorporate some of these improvements. Especially missing: on what OS should that software run, or for what programming language should the library fit? – Izzy Aug 24 '19 at 8:52
