So currently in my organization, if a I'm trying to implement a solution in my organization that will allow How about a situation whereby you want to track the movement of certain inventory between certain offices. So the QR code has the information about the type of product, it's owner etc. How can I log that into a database? So people don't have to log them in manually; they just scan the code and they're good to go. Thanks.

Operating System - Preferably windows Budget - No specific budget at this time but preferably free/open source Features - Should be able to log scanned data from QR codes, and enable queries; Anything else is a bonus.
