I need a year-month picker that is located into top toolbar. When user touch the dropdown button, below menu popup with year & month selection. as per below example

I am using android studio 3.1.3 (java) and using it as developer. I want user to select date as month-year, then the my application will seek for database and display results based on the selected date.

  • You want that as a user, just to look up a date – or as a developer, to pick a date and do something with it? In the latter case, for what programming language, and what license must it be compatible with? – Izzy Aug 2 at 6:06

  • Thanks for the update! As you will need a library to be part of your application, what license should it use (or what license does your app use, so the two don't clash)? – Izzy Aug 2 at 19:07
  • open license is great. I do assume that many libraries exist. But I am not lucky to find it yet... Thanks.. – waleed.makarem Aug 5 at 22:38
  • About 244 on Github alone. Not really hard to find. Now you just need to limit that to the programming language you are planning to use (Java was it, right? The sidebar on the left should make that easy. Makes it 188 repositories). If a license is specified, it is shown along the repo description. Now add more criteria, like stars:>3 for better rated ones and pushed:>2019-01-01 for recently updated, leaves you 29 to chose from ;) – Izzy Aug 5 at 23:59
