I would like to run a script in any language (bash, Python, custom), want it to run on remote machine and be able to observe how is it running in web interface.

By "observing" I mean common IDE debugger view with variables displayed, current executing line displayed and so on.

Speed doesn't matter.

Scripting language should be able to:

1) assign vriables

2) numeric, string and datetime arithmetics

3) printing

4) spawning another scripts

5) spawning binaries and any remote commands with grabbing and displaying their output in the same web interface

Something like slow but naked computer for dummies.
