I wrote some code to implement Neural Network "dropout" as part of assignment2 for cs231n, Stanford's "Convolutional Neural Networks for Visual Recognition." But there was a bug in my code, and I didn't know where the bug was. When I read my code next to someone else's code (https://github.com/martinkersner/cs231n/blob/master/assignment2/fc_net.py), it still was not clear to me what I did wrong, even though his code works and mine doesn't.
