I have 6 IMUs sending me gyro (x, y ,z) and accelerometer (x, y ,z) data in an SD card in .csv format. What I'm supposed to do is convert this raw data into quaternion or Euler's angle using Kalman/Complementary filter, and then visualizing it in some sort of animation in a rigged character. I am having difficulty just choosing a streamline for this- what platform should I use to convert the data into a new .csv file, since I am not using serial port?

Any example codes I can look at? Absolutely new in this and the Kalman filter math is sort of hard for me to decipher, any help would be extremely appreciated. Attached is my dataset.enter image description here
