I am interested in finding correlation between different personal daily activities and results.
By daily activities, I mean things like:
- Duration of exercise
- Duration of sleep
- Duration of meditation
- Quantity of Naproxen Sodium ingested
By results, I mean things like:
- Energy level
- Pain level
- Ability to concentrate
Every day, I want to specify each daily activity, as well as the results. To keep things simple, the results can be expressed in numeric terms (on a scale of 0-10, for example).
I would then like the software to provide insights into correlations between daily activities and results. The insights can be numeric, graphs, charts, diagrams, or anything else that will help.
I'm not looking for anything perfect. Just something that will give me insight into, for example, how exercise affects my energy level, pain level, mood, and/or ability to concentrate.
Price: Gratis is best, but up to $50 is acceptable. If the software requires a subscription, no more than $25/year.
Operating System: I'm flexible. Windows (any version) or Android (any version) is best. If there's a great Linux solution, I will consider that as well, but I would have to set up a Linux box or VM just for this software.
