I'm trying to make an android app where a user can use their camera to record video that will continuously be uploaded to firebase such that if there hardware is destroyed or maliciously deleted they will still have a copy of it on firebase which they can then retrieve from a different device. I am having trouble finding which resources I should use. Ideally I want snippets of video to be uploaded on a small time interval (say around ten seconds) and then in some way to be concatenated together upon retrieval.

Are there any libraries that any of you know of that could achieve at least the first part of this behavior of uploading video? Barring any premade library is there any android api's that I could use that would do something similar?
