I'm supposed to write unit test cases to increase code coverage to a certain percentage. To my surprise, all the test cases using PowerMock are not captured as covered. I've tried many things as some people suggested, by configuring Jacoco a certain way. But I've finally realized there is no way I could make Jacoco work with PowerMock. I need to find a different independent tool (not tools like built-in coverage tool in IntelliJ IDEA) to show coverage percentage as I write test cases. This tool will be configured as part of the application so we can pull code coverage when the application is deployed to QA or staging.
