Is there an open-source decision engine that would allow to write rules in Python language? I am looking for something that would scale well and is fast (e.g. compiles the rules into some lower-level language).

The assumed use case is for the decisioning in financial services (approve/decline loan or transaction).

The best I found so far is durable_rules
