I'm looking for graphical Mac application that will allow me to split an AAC encoded audio file into multiple sections, without re-encoding the audio.

The program must make it easy to find the nearest "zero crossings" section of the file, to avoid clicks/pops in the split version. It also must display waveforms, so I can more-or-less see what I'm doing.

I am open to paid applications, as long as the price is relatively nominal. Something simple / single purpose would be ideal.
