There are a ton if time tracking tools out there, but as far as I can see they are all to detailed for what I am looking for.
I want a simple tool to track what my team is working on. I don't want to track hours, and do not want to track track if something is billable or not.
I just want to define a number of projects, and then a team member can login to the system (maybe once a week) and declare: "on monday I worked on project X".
Then I want a report to see how much time we spend on the different projects.
It a nice bonus if you set an estimated time for a project, but not required in any way.
The main focus is that it should be as fast and painless as possible to report your time, and all systems out there seems to focus on getting detailed information instead of making the process as simple as possible.
