I've been working on a Python command line program and find the standard cmd module lacklustre though sufficient. I want to write a new command line interface module that I aim to make available by PyPI. I will be writing it in 3.x, but I'm not sure which minor version I should target.

I was hoping that someone here could suggest if there is a better version to target, to make it accessible to the majority of people working with Python 3. I'm personally fond of targeting the latest stable release, but worry that doing so will make it inaccessible to too many developers.
