I'm interested in incorporating a feature on my website, but I'm not sure if there are any services that provide what I'm trying to do. I've researched several options but can't find an exact match.
I have a client portal where clients can log in and, along with a few other features, have the ability to upload and view their documents. Admins can log in and view documents assigned to any particular user, and upload files for that user.
I would like to know if there's any Dropbox/Box/SharePoint type collaboration tool where a user can upload files which would go to a folder created based on their username, and whose service has a feature where the files can be accessible via desktop. Ex: John Smith uploads some pictures, which go to /docs/jsmith1. Any documents in that folder are viewable on the website, but also sync with a folder on the desktop.
Box has the closest thing I can find, but I don't see the ability to automatically create a folder by user.
