I have two directories with same structure. My Directory structure is,

Parent
   Child_1
   Child_2
      Child_2_1
      Child_2_2
   Child_3

The Parent Directory has been placed in two different locations. I want to compare this directories with GUI diff tool under linux. But that tool should allow me to exclude 'Child_2' when comparing.

I already using 'Meld' diff viewer. It does a great job. But I searched a lot. There is no option to exclude a particular directory. Is there any other tool to diff and merge with excluding particular directory?
