I am totally new to using accounting software, and I am looking for either a program or method to make it so I only have to press one button to order all the components for a particular product.

Let me explain it in more detail. Let's say I manufacture Product1. I have multiple suppliers for the components that are required to assemble Product1, so I want to predefine a purchase order for each supplier with all the part numbers needed from that supplier.

Then I can bundle all those purchase orders into a single button and call it whatever ORDER_PARTS_FOR_PRODUCT1. Then it emails each supplier my purchase order. This is just for trying to make it easier for a small business. If you have any other way to implement it, any input is welcome.
