So I'm looking for a tool with which I can browse through another processes memory. It should have "search" functions and update the values regularly when the targets memory changes.

Any recommendations?

What's the amount of money you're willing to spend? What have you tried (e.g. CheatEngine) and if you tried something, why didn't it fit? – Thomas Weller May 23 '16 at 11:37

FYI: it's technically not possible to update values when the target memory changes. It's only possible to update in regular intervals. (Such a feature requires processor support and even modern processors only have support for 8 of such "data breakpoints", which is typically too few for an application requested by you. It may be enough for a developer of the software, which is the intended purpose.) – Thomas Weller May 23 '16 at 11:45
  • I take it you are after a debugger, not something that can interfere with a running process on a live system. – Chenmunka May 23 '16 at 12:08
