OneCommander is a nice dual panel file manager. It is in fact a bit like nemo in that it has your main stuff in the panel at the left.

OneCommander has a feature to mount drives, but it's not the same as mounting a network drive. Not sure what's going on and i never investigated it. Feature rich. You can get it from the MS Store.

Thus, OneCommander is quite Feature rich (e.g. never got to investigating the mount option). You can get it from the MS Store.

I prefer Freecommander, as mentioned above but I'd take OneCommander over Explorer++ or CubicExplorer. There are other dual-pane options but I haven't found anything this nice. Seems like the community is growing rapidly as well.
